If the shipping box is severely damaged, take pictures before opening, and open it with a Delivery person or post office worker present, if possible.
If the item inside was broken, please file a damage report with your local post office. Once you have signed the applicable document and received a copy, please forward a scan or take photo of it to us used "Submit a Request" . We will then be able to file for insurance compensation with Japan Post.
If your parcel was shipped with DHL, open it with a Delivery person present, if possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with a clear picture showing both the damage and the paper invoice/shipping label. We will contact DHL to file for compensation. Please do not throw away the invoice, shipping label until the problem is solved.
As far as products that are given a license sticker by the manufacturer at the time of production, all items handled by JAPAMO have a license sticker. Some items don't originally have a licensed sticker and others are printed on the box. These are specifications and are not to be questioned as to their authenticity.
