HOW TO BUY
You need to create an account to use the Japamo Store.
Registering an account and ordering is easy.
Click on My Account at the top of the screen.
If it's your first time, click Register.
Decide which email and password to use and enter it.
Registration is now complete. Please find the item you wish to purchase.
When you find the items you want to buy, click Add to Cart. You will see the shipping cost on the product page.
The list of shipping charges for the products is shown on the product page.
We can ship items to world wide.
(We are currently unable to ship to Russia due to covid-19.)
There are two shipping methods you can choose from.
Both shipping methods will provide you with a tracking number.
Depending on the size of the item, Express may be the only option.
Express..... The package will be shipped by EMS or DHL from the post office. (We will choose the shipping method depending on your location, the size of the item, etc.) Items usually arrive within 10 days.
Airmail..... Airmail is sent by e-packet. Usually arrives within 1 to 4 weeks.
Check the total price.
Our store does not collect any duties beforehand at the time of purchase.
For U.S. residents, there are usually no duties on purchases of $800 or less (including shipping).
Please check your country's tariff rates as they vary depending on where you live.
Please enter your address. It will be automatically filled in on your next purchase.
Select your shipping method.
You can continue to complete the payment with your credit card using PayPal.
