  • I received my package, but the shipping box was damaged and the item is damaged."
    If the shipping box is severely damaged, take pictures before opening, and open it with a Delivery person or post office worker present, if possible. If the item inside was broken, please file a damage report with your local post office. Once you have signed the applicable document and received a copy, please forward a scan or take photo of it to us used "Submit a Request" . We will then be able to file for insurance compensation with Japan Post. If your parcel was shipped with DHL, open it with a Delivery person present, if possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with a clear picture showing both the damage and the paper invoice/shipping label. We will contact DHL to file for compensation. Please do not throw away the invoice, shipping label until the problem is solved.
  • An item part of an item in my order arrived broken
    Use "Submit a Request" to send us a clear picture of the problem area. We will check the status and contact you back.
  • Can I see pictures of the products you sell?
    We are unable to send you photos of the items stock as they are constantly changing.
  • Are all items authentic?
    Yes at JAPAMO Store, specialist staff with over 10 years of experience and a license to trade in antique goods with the permission of the Japanese police check authenticity, parts and condition.
  • How soon can I expect to hear back from you if I use "Submit a Request"?"
    It usually takes 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.
  • Do you have an item that has an age limit?
    Yes, Those products will show an age check in the Japamo store.
  • Are the figures for sale finished and colored?
    Most of the figures are originally finished and colored. Items that need to be assembled are labeled as "garage kits", etc.
  • Do all items have a license sticker on them?
    As far as products that are given a license sticker by the manufacturer at the time of production, all items handled by JAPAMO have a license sticker. Some items don't originally have a licensed sticker and others are printed on the box. These are specifications and are not to be questioned as to their authenticity.
  • The pedestal is different from the sample picture.
    The sample picture is the official picture which a manufacturer provided before release. But when this item was released, the color of the stand may change. Please be assured that The pedestal is an official original.
  • Does the item have its original package?
    Yes all item have original package. Package of Used items may have some damage.
  • Does the item have all the accessories?
    Yes. The item has all the accessories. Plastic bags and flyers for small parts are not included in the accessories. Also, in exceptional cases, Revoltech series revo-coins may not be included due to their nature.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We accept cancellations for reserved items only. Other products cannot be cancelled after the order is placed, so please make no mistake.
  • My account was suspended
    We reserve the right to suspend your account if we find it difficult to continue trading with you, such as if you experience repeated problems.
  • What condition is a USED item in?
    The USED item has the original packaging and all accessories, although the package has been opened. The figure may have some damage, including minor scratches. But no major damage. However, there are no major damage that would obviously detract from the merchandise value.
  • What condition is a NEW item in?
    The NEW item has an unopened package. Therefore, the contents are not damaged. For items that have been released for a long time, the original packaging may have some damage. But if the package damage is significant, we list it as used, even if it's unopened.
  • I can't find any items when I search for my favorite character's name.
    If you can't find it on JAPMO's search, try searching on JAPAMO STORE.
  • What are JAPAMO points?
    For each purchase, customers will receive JAPAMO points based on the price. 1 JAPAMO point is equivalent to 1 USD.

    We update our inventory on a regular basis on business days; however, in some cases, we may not be able to update in time and sold out or pre-ordered items may be available for purchase. In that case, we will contact you by email after our staff has actually confirmed your order.
